Ali and Heaths Cotton Hall wedding was straight out of the pages of Alis dream wedding (and lets be honest, mine too). Cotton Hall is located in Yemassee, SC very close to the infamous Old Sheldon Church nestled between Beaufort and Charleston you couldn’t ask for a more stunning back drop for this gorgeous day! Cotton Hall has the most gorgeous Spanish Moss trees that can be seen throughout the property. One of my favorite spots are the avenue of oaks which used to be the entrance to the property, but now stand and make a picture perfect location for a ceremony or sunset photos.
Ali and Heath met in high school but didn’t fall in love until college, they both have the most contagious laughs that keep everyone smiling when they are around them. She adores butterflies and they were shown throughout the day in the little details such as the butterfly cake designed by Vanilla and the Bean had blueberries and it was the most amazing cake to see and taste! The church pews that were used during the ceremony are owned by Cotton Hall and are a perfect addition to the intimate wedding ceremony.
From the floral arch was a dream of Alis and was perfectly designed by Gaye at Tulips and Twiggs (https://www.tulipsandtwigs.com) and expertly planned by Jennifer at Swanson Signature Events (https://swansonsignatureevents.com) the show stopping wedding dress with floral accents to the absolutely gorgeous butterfly wedding cake, don’t miss all the gorgeous details below!! Special mention to the personalized monogram that was found throughout the details on pillows and fans and more!
If you are looking for a venue with Spanish Moss accents tucked away and is strategically located between Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA you should give Amy at Cotton Hall (www.cottonhallevents.com) a call!
